Parallel Sound Group has a 24 hour cancellation policy which is strictly enforced by our computerized reservation system.
In the event that you would like to cancel your existing reservation, you may do so up until 24 hours before your session is set to begin directly from our web site.
The system will not allow you to make a cancellation once the 24 hour mark has passed. At the same time your account will be charged the full amount for the reserved studio time.
Studio reservation made for the same day will be charged immediately.
Parallel Sound Group is not responsible for personal emergencies, illness, bad weather, traffic or any other circumstances due to which you or your band members cannot make it to the session. Please do not call asking us to keep your funds available for your next session due to any of the above.
In the event of state snow emergency or any other situation due to which we cannot offer you the service on your scheduled date, we will contact you and reschedule your session at no cost to you.
Please note: no shows are non-refundable!
There will be no exceptions to this rule. If you’re coming with the band, talk to your peers before you all agree on a studio time and made reservation.
This 24 hour policy is essential to the operation of our business and will allow us to stay competitive.
If you enjoy using our facility, please help us in keeping it affordable for everyone by observing this simple 24 hour rule.
If for any reason you disagree with this policy please refrain from reserving any studio time at our facility.
Making the reservation will indicate your consent to this policy.
